Miluša Okiljević
Managing Partner
Miluša is a managing partner at OM&Partners. She focuses primarily on Antitrust/ Competition, EU Law, and Corporate / M&A. She acted as a legal counsel of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in several matters related to State aid and international trade and was part of the legal team, which represented the Government of the Republic of Serbia before the European Commission. Furthermore, she acted as a legal counsel of the Ministry of Mining and Energy before the Energy Community. Miluša has worked for six years for top-tier law firms where she was covering Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. She actively participated in several FDI projects and in proceeding before the Serbian State aid and Competition Authorities. She has advised some of the most important companies in different industries on antitrust related aspects of their everyday business operations and represented clients in merger control filings and abuse of dominance cases. Miluša also handles high-profile cases related to M&A and joint venture matters for domestic and multinational clients and provides legal support in commercial aspects of their everyday business operations in the region.
Marija Vuković
Chief Financial Officer
Marija Vuković is the Chief Financial Officer in OM&Partners. Her primary responsibilities are performance of financial management duties including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. She enables reparation of data for the annual budget, preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, financial statements, and leadership in development of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Marija is also responsible for the establishment of financial policies and procedures that ensure a sound financial structure, efficient internal control, and oversight of daily operations of the firm. Earlier in her career, Marija worked more than 10 years on the duties of chief accountant in the field of health care and insurance, and more than 5 years as a finance manager in the corporate law firm.
Tatjana Sofijanić
Senior Associate
Tatjana Sofijanić is a Senior Associate at OM&Partners. She focuses primarily on EU Law, Antitrust/ Competition - where she advises clients on complex antitrust matters, including multijurisdictional merger filings, cartel/dominance investigations, antitrust compliance programs and training; and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity - where she advises clients on all aspects of data protection, privacy and managing data risk, including online advertising issues, data governance and privacy regulations in connection with product & project launches. Tatjana advises clients in high-profile cases related to M&A and joint venture matters in various industries. Other areas of expertise include IP, Employment, and Dispute Resolution. Before joining OM&Partners, Tatjana worked at two competition law firms, where she specialized in State aid and abuse of dominance, as well as data protection. Tatjana also worked as an advisor to the World Bank Group, where she provided policy advice in the field of dispute resolution and competition law. Tatjana is a co-author of several WBG publications.
Nemanja Jovanović
Senior Associate
Nemanja Jovanović is a senior associate at OM&Partners. His primary fields of practice are Banking & Finance and Tax matters - where he advises clients a on broad range of matters, with the special focus on cross-border loans and funding, and tax aspects of M&A transactions. He also advises clients on real estate and Infrastructure & PPP matters, where he mainly assists with legal structuring of projects related to renewable energy, concessions, and other infrastructure related projects. Nemanja also focuses on project financing in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He provides legal support for labour and procedural matters as well. Over the past seven years Nemanja was a senior legal counsel in leading infrastructure company and eminent bank. Therefore, he mainly dealt with corporate, banking & finance and tax matters, but has also been involved in procedural cases, and thus represented clients before courts and many administrative bodies.
Miloš Brkić

Miloš Brkić is an associate at OM&Partners. His main area of practice is Antitrust/Competition and State aid where he advises clients in antitrust cases and the merger control filings, and Corporate/M&A, where he assists companies through M&A process, including legal due diligence, transaction execution, contracts, and legal proceedings. Other notable areas of expertise are Intellectual Property working on enforcing, defending, commercializing, exploiting and acquiring patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and data; Administrative & Regulatory- where he represents clients in matters before county, city and state government agencies and administrative bodies; Corporate/M&A where he advises the firm’s clients on corporate transactions and matters; and Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT). During his studies, he completed internships with the several law firms, and prior to joining the firm, Miloš worked in a Belgrade based law firm where he specialized in competition law and litigation.
David Spaić
Associate
David Spaić is an associate at OM&Partners. His primary focuses are Corporate/M&A and Antitrust/ Competition - where he advises clients about merger control procedures, and cartel, restrictive agreements abuse of dominant position matters. He also helps companies comply with national legislation on State aid, and Corporate/M&A where he advises the firm’s clients on corporate transactions and matters. Other notable areas of expertise are Restructuring & Insolvency working on distressed refinancing, corporate restructurings, including insolvency matters and Banking & Finance. Furthermore, he assists companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors where he helps clients on green-field or brownfield developments, infrastructure projects, renewable energy, power purchasing and other related energy contracts. During his studies, he completed an internship with the National Bank of Serbia, and prior to joining the firm, David worked in a Belgrade based law firm where he specialized in competition and corporate matters.
Nadja Kosić
Associate
Nađa Kosić is an Associate at OM&Partners Law Firm. Her primary focuses are Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity – where she advises clients on all aspects of data protection and privacy matters and Antitrust/Competition, including State Aid – where she helps companies comply with national and EU legislation and guides clients during the regulatory proceedings. Nađa's other focuses are Corporate/M&A - where she is primarily in charge of supporting the companies through M&A due diligence, transaction execution, regulatory compliance, contracts, and legal proceedings; EU Law – where she focuses on EU law, case-law and legislation application and implementation; Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Energy, Infrastructure & PPP – where she advises clients in the field of alternative and renewable energy, navigates issues in the infrastructure sector and untangles regulatory issues related to the various forms of PPPs. During her studies, Nađa completed an internship at the Third court of general jurisdiction in Belgrade. Prior to joining OM&Partners, Nađa was an Associate at a Belgrade-based law firm as part of the Data Protection, Competition Law, State Aid, European Law and Trade & Enlargement team.
Ana Nikolić
Junior Associate
Ana is a junior associate at OM&Partners. She deals with the latest developments in the areas of Corporate, Employment and Dispute Resolution, as well as in other focus areas of the OM&Partners office. Ana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade focusing on international law. During her studies she attended the Environmental Law Clinic and has completed an internship at the Office of the Protector of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree at the Faculty of Law, specializing in employment law. She is fluent in Serbian and English.
Džejlana Adilović
Office Manager
Džejlana is the Office Manager at OM&Partners and the first point of contact for our clients. She is the key support person entrusted with making sure the legal team can deal with client matters without distractions of logistical and administrative matters. Her responsibilities include ensuring the office is operating smoothly, liaising with suppliers, clients and partner companies, ensuring legal documentation is processed and submitted in a timely and efficient manner, administering office-level databases and records, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, ensuring seamless information flow both internally and externally. She provides well-ordered functioning of the firm and is efficient at handling of client inquiries, consultations, and timely access to lawyers as required.
Žarko Lelovac

Žarko Lelovac is an Of Counsel and Business Development Manager at OM & Partners. Žarko focuses primarily on creating and executing business strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Žarko is an accomplished legal counsel and executive with over 15 years of experience in a variety of projects. He worked as a Senior Director of Corporate Development & Counsel to the CEO at Hemofarm A.D., where he was responsible for managing PMO and projects related to strategic development. In addition to that, he has a strong legal background, with several years of experience in leading local and international law firms, including DLA Piper. Žarko has worked on organizational strategies, corporate governance, and has accumulated expertise in leading teams, managing high-profile M& A projects, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Interestingly, Žarko took a personal break from corporate life in 2017 and travelled around the world (Asia, Europe, and South America), discovering, and learning about different cultures, peoples, and languages to widen his global perspective and horizons. He also volunteered in the agricultural community Cayana Yaku in Chazuta, San Martin region in Peru.
